Plaid has been selected as one of 33 semifinalists in SEMI's S3 program, earning a spot to pitch to leading semiconductor CVCs with the chance to compete at SEMICON West 2026 in San Francisco.

Plaid was selected as one of 19 companies to receive funding from the Northeast Microelectronics Coalition, supporting its glass substrate technology that cuts signal and power losses by 50% versus traditional silicon interposers.

Plaid was named one of 13 awardees in the Northeast Microelectronics Coalition's PROPEL program, receiving $100,000 to help advance its next-gen substrate technology for the AI and chiplet era from concept toward production.
